Voluntary Site Remediation Program Assessments Environmental Remediation Services – Chicago

Under the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s Voluntary Site Remediation Program, Schrack Environmental Consulting, Inc. (SECI) has performed numerous voluntary site remediation program assessments for the closure of industrial properties in Illinois. SECI provides the assessment, evaluation, and technical assistance to receive “no further remediation” determinations from the Illinois EPA.  SECI performs in-situ (in-place) remediation of petroleum and solvent contamination using both bio-remediation and chemical oxidation processes. We have also installed and operated numerous soil vapor, dual phase vapor and water extraction systems for the treatment of petroleum, solvent and anhydrous ammonia releases.

SECI has conducted numerous excavation and off-site disposal projects for non-hazardous, special waste and Hazardous Waste sites in the Midwestern United States.  With over 30 years of experience managing both soil and groundwater removal projects, SECI’s knowledge and expertise allows us to accurately conduct site preparation and the direction of the excavation process – resulting in a savings for our clients.
