Schrack Environmental has completed over five hundred Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I and Phase II) over the past twenty years.  We work closely with banks and other lending institutions, real estate development companies, realtors, manufacturing facilities and many more private businesses on industrial, commercial and residential properties.  SECI’s environmental engineers have successfully remediated over 150 Brownfield sites obtaining closure (No Further Remediation) letters from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s Voluntary Site Remediation Program.
