Schrack Environmental Consulting, Inc. provides Preliminary Site Assessments as part of their environmental evalulation and remediation services. The environmental site assessment involves a site inspection and an environmental records search to provide a baseline environmental evaluation of a commercial property.  Preliminary Site Evaluation’s (PSE’s) are a low cost alternative for smaller commercial loans that do not require a complete Phase I environmental assessment.  The PSE is similar to the “Mini Phase I” format utilized by Chase Bank and other large lenders.
